History / Overview

Weekly group and Individual lessons are available in enjoyable surroundings with room for parents to sit comfortably, watch and listen.

David is a very approachable, caring and experienced teacher who has taught in many schools in and around Melbourne. 

Over many years David has developed proven and carefully graded programs to assist students in mastering basic techniques and developing their musical "ear".

David  also firmly believes in training his students to read both traditional music notation and guitar tablature fluently and confidently.   
   

Exams in Classical and Modern styles (AMEB, ANZCA, ABRSM, Trinity etc)  are catered for.   He has taught all ages ... from preps to Mums & Dads to Senior Citz !

Perhaps you are having lessons elsewhere or play another instrument and would like extra tutoring in general musicianship or music theory.

Maybe you have ceased lessons 
and you can already play and read but would like to play in an ensemble environment with other players/students. You are most welcome. 

Guitars are available at the studio to hire for a small fee.
